Soil output (below ground)

Written for each soil layer below the surface, so you can see conditions with depth.

Temperature (°C)

The soil temperature at that depth.

Volumetic Water Content (m3 Water/m3 Soil)

How wet the soil is: the fraction of the soil volume that is water.

Relative Soil Wetness related to sat (%)

Soil moisture as a percentage of fully saturated (100% = completely wet).

Available Water Capacity (%)

How much of the water that plants can actually use is currently present.

Local RAD (norm)

The local root density at that depth (normalised), i.e. where the plant roots are drawing water.

Root Water Uptake (g Water/m3 Soil*1/s)

The rate at which roots are extracting water from the soil at that depth.
