As a License Manager, you have the power to:
Add and remove users: Control who has access to your license. This feature is reserved for Science Licenses only.
Deregister machines
I want to add/remove a user to/from the license
Step 1: Access License Management
To manage your License visit: oneclicklcaapp.com and log into your account.
Open the "Licences" drop-down menu and then click on your license. This will load the license management tool.
Step 2. Add/remove users
To change or add a License Manager, contact One Click LCA support.
Users with Rights to All License Entities: This is a feature for the One Click LCA software and not relevant for ENVI-met. You don't need to add anyone here.
License Users: Add users using their email address in the marked box. If a user does not yet have an account, they will receive a mail with an invite link. Please note that you have to add users one by one.
Click “Delete” to remove a user from the license.
I want to move my license to another machine
This is mostly relevant for licenses with one seat but is also applicable for multi-seat licenses if all the seats are taken.
Step 1: Close all ENVI-met applications
Close all ENVI-met applications, including the login.exe in the tray
Step 2: Access License Management
Go to oneclicklcaapp.com and log into your account.
Open the "Licences" drop-down menu and then click on your license. This will load the license management tool.
Step 3: Deregister Machines
To deregister machines click on your license, scroll down and select “Deregister your machines”.
A a new tab with the list of machines will open. Select the machine you want to deregister.
Step 4: Open ENVI-met
After you've deregistered the machine, open ENVI-met on the new machine. Once you are logged in, the new machine will be automatically registered.
